Objective Take out QC product from yesterday Streak plates with glycerol stocks of pMAL-pIII and pMXB10 in ER2566 Bench work Streaked 2 LB-AMP plates with glycerol stocks #114 and #115 pMAL-pIII and pMXB10, respectively, in ER2566 Results Tamra Fisher put plates in fridge. On 8/22, took out of fridge and saw plenty of colonies with space in between
