Project DescriptionThe first semester of CHEM-570 will build off of the protein films research published by Bakshi, et al (doi:10.1021/jp110296y). We will be using expressed protein ligation (EPL) to make a fluorescent BSA fusion protein. The project in this notebook will detail the cloning and production of the EPL fluorescent BSA. | |
