Objectives Check trasnformation Purify plasmid pUX19-XRK5 See plasmid in gel. Transfromation Success. Plasmid purification Performed with miniprep from Miguel´s Lab. Cell grown up by 6 hours in LB with Km 30. 3 tubes with 5 mL and control. 6 tubes with 2.5 mL each one. 6 tubes were mixed in one tube with 60μL TE-RNAse. Lane 1 Ruler Lane 2 Plasmid The purpose of this gel is to see concentration to cut plasmid and see if that is the correct plasmid.
