WetLab Plasmid extraction again! of DH5α, this time trying to get better concentration. Roche´s kit. Elution buffer: just 40μL. Electrophoresis gel of: PCR product with 80V, 90min, 2%. Today's plasmid extraction. 80V, 90 min, 1%. Picture not available.
