General Meeting with our principal instructor Miguel Ramírez WetLab Plasnud extraction of pBBRmcS5 of DH5α. Roche's protocol NOTES: Wash Buffer I used in protocol even when DH5α has low level of endonuclease activity. This is because we are looking for better ligation whit hopefully PCR product after digestion with XbaI and HindIII. Electrophoresis gel of: PCR product with 80V, 90min, 2%. Today's plasmid extraction. 80V, 90 min, 1%.
