454 Cosmid Preps

Clone J2 (cryptophycin), Clone ZB118, and Clone Q87 were grown to 150ml in LB at 37C O/N. Spun down at 4000 RPM for 20' to collect and quick midi prepped for 454 sequencing. Analytic gel run to check the quality of the DNA.
