Objective

  • AC and DSC of Doped Trifilate Film
  • Dope PEO Trifilate with Increased Concentration
  • Dope PEO BH4Li with Control and Increased Concentration
  • Create Calibration curve of Nanoparticles via UV-Vis

Description

  1. AC and DSC of Doped Trifilate Film
    • AC Impedance was run by Becky. Data to come ...
      • We are waiting to do DSC until the rest of the films are prepared.
    1. Preparation of the salt follow the original procedure for doping
      • Dry salt and PEO were dissolved in H2O and the AuNP solution
  1. Dope PEO Trifilate with Increased Concentration
    • The PEO and Trifilate were measured and mixed in a vial, 16.946mL of the AuNPs produced on 02/04.
  2. Dope PEO BH4Li with Control and Increased Concentration
    • The first vial was PEO Trifilate were measured and mixed in a vial, 16.946mL of the AuNPs produced on 02/04.
    • The second vial was PEO BF4Li were measured and mixed in a vial, ????mL of the AuNPs produced on 02/04.
  3. Create Calibration curve of Nanoparticles via UV-Vis
    • A serial dilution was preformed with a 0.6 dilution with 6 trials. The data for concentrations and calibration curve may be found below.
