U937 Delta ST FPR Cells suspended in RPMI 1640, [math]\displaystyle{ 1x10^7 cells/mL }[/math]. Coverslips coated with Poly-L-lysine (P4832 SIGMA) for 30 minutes, washed 2 times with PBS. Plated media with cells for 30 minutes, then washed with PBS two times to remove suspended cells. Sample 1: PBS, left at room temperature for 30 minutes Sample 2: N-fMLFF [math]\displaystyle{ 10^{-7} \mu M }[/math] in PBS, left at room temperature for 30 minutes
