Meeting with CU iGEM Team We had our meeting with the other iGEM UNAM team. The meeting centered around the Modelling issues. They think we don't have a working and interesting model, and I agree. However, I am not convinced we actually require a model as they understand it. If our goal is to create interfaces, our modelling should be of said interfaces; ergo we should focus on characterization. On the other hand, in order to "sell" the project, we would need an implementation. The Model as others understand it, is modelling said implementation. Perhaps the central issue here is determining which implementation is most interesting, and most model worthy.
