Flow Cell Continued

  • Repeated process from yesterday with another flow cell. Similar results.
  • Notes on setting up microscope - If something gets messed up, then don't keep fooling with it, go back to a point where you knew things worked (when focusing the stop, sometimes need to back it all the way out of focus and start again). Also may need to increase either amount of light (knob on bottom front) or the size of the aperture on the top (push lever over on very top of microscope) in order to focus.
