Methods
- Mix 3 μL AuNP/TS primer, 0.5 μL 50x dNTP mix, 16 μL sterile water, 2.5 μL 10x PCR buffer, and 2 μL of varying dilutions of cell extract in a PCR tube.
- Dilutions of cell extract are as follows:
- 100,000 cells
- 50,000 cells
- 10,000 cells
- 5,000 cells
- 1,000 cells
- 500 cells
- 100 cells
- 50 cells
- 10 cells
- Incubate in an oven at 30°C for 30 min.
- Store in refrigerator.
