High Stabilitiy Plasmid Development Abstract Gel band extraction of P1004 (digested with E,S) Gel band extraction I made a low melting point agarose gel and extracted the 769bp Chloramphenicol resistance. I followed the QIAgen gel extraction protocol and ran the corroboration electrophoresis gel. It revealed that no DNA was extracted at the final aliquote. This experiment Failed.
