Remains of the Day Finishing physical capture TRFLP today on roots from Heinz 2401 grown in Tilbury field in 2011 and Chris's field in 2013. Finish analysis and write up all the tree stuff done this year (takes a long time to do the image analysis and get the leaf surface data) Physical TRFLP worked again, tho its few bands again. Cut out bands as below and will do cloning and sequencing of all or some.
