Remains of the Day Repeat tomato plant spray with Actigard and TBG products Streak out plates of P. syringae DC95-5 to inoculate tomato leaves with on Monday Run gels of nested Oomycete PCRs (looks like a good approach, but using experience from 2013/06/27, I should do 40 cycles, have more MgCl2 and use 57 degree annealing rather than 62) Did 96 well PCR of all the Cali samples using DC6-OomR. Problem was that I dropped the plate and over half spilt, so I reallocated liquid so that there was only 10 ul per well, rather than 25. Hope it'll work well enough for nested PCR.
