Remains of the Day Prepare quick talk introducing Australia rhizosphere soil project using Milestone #8 report (present at lab meeting at 11 am) - done (I think George liked it and told me he would rehire me at the end of the day) Finished analysis of the tomato vine decline TRFLP data. Did not get very good separation by group. I want to start writing the pyrosequencing paper with it but we didn't really agree on this yet.
