Remains of the Day

  • Working on strawberry report again
  • Ran gel of PCRs from TRFLP of field vs growth room TVD tomatoes (see below fungus is two rows on top, bacteria is two rows below)
  • Pooling 10 ul from each of the 5 reps from Heinz2401 TVD vs Heinz2401 sand (bact and fungi), column purify, then leave ligating over the weekend
