Remains of the Day

  • Coat seed with TBS and fractions at 1:200 and 1:400 concentrations - plant them later in the day in TVD soil (did this but not for the alpine treatment - planted but didn't water them)
  • Process photos and data from yesterday's corn germination measurements
  • Get soil and root samples from a couple days ago, then freeze them in tubes for DNA isolation and so on
  • Look at TRFLP dilution data from yesterday (with Ybing) and decide on dilution for protocol
  • Redid MBF fungal PCRs (cause I forgot to restrict the samples I sent to Guelph)
