The Daily Grind Transplanted month (or more) old SHPY (Shephody) potatoes into larger paper cups. On the genotype tag was written 110902, whatever that means... Looked at two expressions of gene expression from PR1 genes (CT Ratio and ddCT) and it seems that negative controls were induced in potatoes especially, requiring a rethink of the experiment.
