The Daily Grind Two days after transfering plantlets from the sucrose PCNM media, to the arabinose (1g/L) PCNM, I added 100 ul of OD600=0.2 colony suspension in sodium phosphate buffer to each tube. Treatments were just buffer, and JM109, 1A8, or 1F7 with Arabad::GFP, Arabad::ACCDeaminase, or Arabad::alsSD in pDRIVE. Also put a newly made 1F7 with pDSK-GFPuv into the test. Neither Kp342, nor 1G6 were used because transformants of ACC and alsSD were not easy to make (who knows why?).
