The Daily Grind * To do: Make 150 mL R2A AND LB plates of 0, 500, 1000, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 ug/mL arabinose. (for 100 mL agar plates, this means, 0g, 0.05g, 0.1g, 0.2g, 0.5g, 1g, and 1.5g) Imprint with arrayed endophytes from Friday.
