The Daily Grind After soaking seeds for 24 hours in water, planted 5 per pot, 15 per genotype in each of the two soils. Didn't do sterile sand this time (yet). This is rep number two and am watering them with 50 mL of sterile water per day. Am giving up on alsSD operon and focusing only on getting NdeI bounded ACC deaminase into pDSK. Also finishing PDS RNAi and going ahead with that.
