The Daily Grind Doing PCR with new Max550 labelled 1492rh primer and 799f 6FAM primers on all seed endophyte DNA (will do TRFLP with them) Doing PCR on the same samples with degenerate ACC Deaminase and NifH primers Stamping plates with all seed endophytes for second trial, and including standards 24 hours before final analysis for phosphate (gluconic acid at concentrations 100 mM, 50 mM, 25 mM, 10 mM, 5 mM, 2.5 mM and 1 mM), cellulase (10 ul of 50, 25, 10, 5, 2.5, 1 mg/mL), pectinase (10 ul of 50, 25, 10, 5, 2.5, 1 mg/mL), RNAse (10 ul of 50, 25, 10, 5, 2.5, 1 mg/mL)
