Summary New attempt at transfecting MCF7 cell line with KAH126-MV2 plasmid. Well 1: KAH126-MV2, 2.5 µg (24 hr timepoint) Well 2: KAH126-MV2, 2.5 µg (24 hr timepoint) Well 3: no DNA (24 hr timepoint) Well 4: KAH126-MV2, 2.5 µg (48 hr timepoint) Well 5: KAH126-MV2, 2.5 µg (48 hr timepoint) Well 6: no DNA (48 hr timepoint) Well 7: KAH126-MV2, 2.5 µg (72 hr timepoint) Well 8: KAH126-MV2, 2.5 µg (72 hr timepoint) Well 9: no DNA (72 hr timepoint) Cells were transfected using standard lipofectamine LTX procedure, followed by centrifugation at 100 g for 5 minutes at room temperature. Cells were then returned to the incubator in antibiotic-free medium.
