Summary

2 days after transfection, I imaged the breast cancer cells, harvested them, and analyzed their transfection rates using flow cytometry.

Turns out the cells don't do so well after 2 days. Probably going to focus on trying to optimize for lipofectamine transfection, or create a stable transfected cell line.
