I work in the Bioinformatics Support Unit at Newcastle University, UK (http://bsu.ncl.ac.uk)

At Newcastle we also have an MSc in Bioinformatics and Computational Systems Biology (http://www.cs.ncl.ac.uk/postgraduate/taught/bio)

There is also an active research group run by Professor Anil Wipat which has a particular focus on systems biology as part of the 'Integrative Bioinformatics Research' theme in the Department of Computing Science (http://bioinf.ncl.ac.uk/research/) as well as an increasing interest in Synthetic Biology http://research.ncl.ac.uk/synthetic_biology/
