Dilutions and PCR Start time: 6:30pm Measuring RNA Content Measurements taken using the ND-1000 Spectrophotometer Took 2+ measurements for each sample. If measurements varied by more than 1 ng/μL then a third measurement was taken. Averages are listed below. Dilution Factor was estimated based on content.
