new CK2

  • 2 colonies of RIPL were chosen and grown ON in 5ml LB and 5ul Amp
  • Inoculate 2.5ml into 250ml
  • Grow to OD600 = 0.5 at 37C
  • Cool to 20C for 30mins
  • Add 25ul to achieve 0.1mM IPTG induction
  • Incubate 20hrs at 20C
