Preliminary experiments for PhD 31 july 2010 Yesterdays culture did not grow. What could be reason ...... most possibly the cells are dead, or when Candy took out the first time he said when the culture was thawed it became liquid. That shouldn't have happened since I was told that its a stab culture. Probably it was Glycerol stock and glycerol stock is not supposed to be thawed according to what i read in the net.
