Gel Verification of LCR Parts Purpose: to verify lengths of nucleotide sequences for LCR Methods: Oligo bridges (diluted for LCR) and stocks for PCR of LCR parts run on 1% agrose gel for 35min at 110V to verify identity before amplification and reattempting LCR. (2uL sample and 4uL dye) Results: The image shows proper length of starting plasmids and small vague bands as expected for the oligo bridges.
