LCR Results Purpose: to verify LCR with colony PCR (run on 9/9) Methods: Run 1% agrose gel at 110V for 35min Negative control contaminated? LCR for sure didn't work... All the bands being the same size is either just primers or MV10 fragment between primers (also very small). Hopefully just primers on negative control...could be contamination from gel loading.
