Entry title Today's work is a continuation of my work On 5/23, 5mL of H20 was added to the solid product and mixed overnight. On 5/24, a 5mL sample was taken and centrifuged. The sample successfully gelled. To test the solution, four, 5mL samples were placed into separate test tubes. 0.25mL, 0.50mL, 0.75mL and 1.0mL of H2O were added to one of the four test tubes. The samples were then centrifuged for one hour @ 3500rpm @ 4°C. Only the sample with the additional 0.25mL of H2O gelled, but soon fell out of gel at room temperature. The concentration at which the sample gels has not been determined.
