Miniprep Transformed Plasmids

  1. Miniprep the transformed plasmids (GAL4-VP64) to test the transfection.
  2. Pick two colonies of each plate and grow in 2mL of LB broth with 100μg/mL AMP for 10 hrs.
  3. Miniprep the plasmids with Zyppy Plasmid Miniprep Kit from Zymo
