Transfection Fluorescent Microscopy

KAH187 BD002

  • Positive control,fluorescence was detected with Cyan filter.
  • BD002, No fluorescence was detected in cells
  • Fluorescence protein is in low concentration dueweak HSVtk TATA promoter,
  • Next step: antibiotic colony selection technique
  • Use Gal4-Vp64 transfection to screen for the positive colonies after the antibiotic selection
