We have 1um beads that I have failed to tether but today I would like to try and tether with the clean protocol. I also want to make 2 movies today. First is the two channel perfusion chamber construction and the second will be the method of tethering (in brief, since it is pretty boring to watch me flow things).

What is this gunk?

I've never seen anything like that before in my samples. Anyways, I had one successful tether in all the DNA sample and because of this and the gunk shown I've discredited this as success. I will have to try this again another time.

Ok both movies are filmed now, and one is just waiting for music. I will add that next week so I can get something good off my ipod. The other movie isn't compiled yet and I need to write a script for it. The mostly finished movie is the 2 channel prep and the only filmed movie is the DNA tethering protocol.
