  • Try Urea or Guanidine HCl to denature the proteins and see what happens. Eventually this data would be for Dr. Atlas as she is looking at water interactions.
  • Make a histogram of speeds with the number of microtubules exhibiting that speed.
  • Look at the velocity variance dependent on osmolytes, temperature, or D2O.
