Antibacterial Activity of the TiO2+Epoxy Film(Amine 400) and Results

  1. Collect cells in an eppy tube from the film with a clean pipette.
  2. Pipette 20 microliter of the cells onto agar plate, for a total of 4 petri dishes: 2 for the cells grown on the epoxy film, and 2 for the cells grown on the epoxy+TiO2 film.
  3. Spread out the cells on the agar plate using the triangular glass tool.
  4. place the agar plates into the incubator at 37C, and check on it hourly.
    1. plates were placed at 12:00 pm
  5. Results were collected at 5:48 pm
    1. Epoxy-54 and 51 cultures
    2. TiO2-32 and 39 cultures
