What I did today Purified aRNA for sample of interest from yesterday, stored in the -80°C. Ran a gel to identify the contents as aRNA, validated. Ran a cold shock experiment for two strains of interest, stored in the -80°C. Prepared a glycerol for chr7_3 box, which will have strains allotted to them tomorrow.
