Lab 2 10/24/07 Observations: a bunch have hatched in each vial. We gassed and sexed, and phenotyped all flies from vial 1 and vial 2. Results Phenotype Vial 1 Vial 2 Wild males 20 20 Wild females 20 20 Sepia males 0 0 Sepia females 0 0 MOI Based on our hypothesis, our results match what the results would be if Sepia was AR (Autosomal Recessive).
