- I know i haven't been keeping good records lately, but i haven't really done much either. Schoolwork is taking up my time. Just keeping new cultures going every few weeks.
- Culture "B2" wild-type had a severe mold infestation 4 days ago. After attempting two treatments of Isopropal Alcohol, i seem to have killed off the mold. In the process I also killed all adult flies. and most of larva (if mold did not kill them). However, I saved the culture. Pupas and a few larva survived. A few adults have emerged again.
-P.S. All observed malformed flies no longer present. Only healthy flies observed for several weeks.
