What I did today In the Lab Did the DNase Treatment for three different flasks. Total RNA was prepared for it already. Worked on the network. The Mathematics of it Met with Dr. Fitzpatrick and talked about probability in a network. We created a two gene cyclic network to see what the probabilities would be when one of the genes was turned on/off. This led to making a matrix of 16 different possibilities. We also made a MATlab program to compute the matrix at different weights.
