Objective Synthesize Pepsin linked AuNP's as shown by Dr.Hartings HERE. Calculate the concentration ratio for Pepsin/AuNP and HRP-AuNP fiber formation. Procedure Ratios were made as follows These ratios allow a constant concentration of Gold at .25mM, and corresponding protein concentration. The amounts were measured using micropipettes. Stock Solutions: were as follows, Gold 2.52mM, HRP 15.3uM, and Pepsin 15.7 uM. Once prepared, the test tubes were covered with foil and were baked for 4hrs at 80 degrees Celsius.
