Raman spectra of protein films George, at NIST, collected Raman spectra of the zein films containing the Au/BSA nanoparticle. -- The spectra in the image are of the amide region in the Raman spectra (633 nm) of the polystyrene (PS) petri dish (1 s scan; left axis) and the zein/Au film in a petri dish (30 s scan; right axis).
