Twaddle:Assay for Mammalian Cell Proliferation (E-Screen)

This assay is based upon the E-Screen Assay as described in Villalobos

1) Warm 25 mL of freshly prepared 10% FBS in phenol red-free DMEM (with glutamine, nonessential amino acids and penn/strep) 2) Remove a cyrule vial of the working cell bank (WCB) for the cell line and thaw rapidly in a 37C water bath. 3) Gently resuspend the cells in the cryule vial using a 1 mL serological pipette and transfer the cell solution to a new 50 mL centrifute tube
