Day 7 β-gal data. Be sure to subtract the blank value from each well before using the 420 and 550 absorbance values if it does not say 0.
Orange group, please note that your data was collected on Wednesday morning rather than Tuesday afternoon, because it turned out that the data wasn't saved properly. Most likely the final outcome was not affected.
