SDS-PAGE Results
You used the Kaleidoscope and Unstained standards shown below on your gels. All are from Bio-Rad Laboratories. Per 10 μL of ladder, the unstained standard contains 750 ng of protein in the 50 kD band, and 150 ng of protein in both the 20 and 100 kD bands.
