Get the Lactate sensor to work and put out a reporter Parts needed: GBP-cloned into plasmid-still need to: change codons (site-directed mutagenesis) (turn it into lactate sensor)
Get the thermosensor working in a higher, more narrow range (38-40, 37-39)
Get the Cre-lox system working
