Description
TB (or Tryptone broth) is a complex-ish media similar to LB. Many find it a good growth media for studying phenotypes sensitive to catabolite repression.
Recipe
Per 1L of H2O:
- Tryptone: 10g
- NaCl: 8g
pH to 7, Store at 4-30 C
