LB Broth To make LB Broth Media, mix 10g of LB Broth with 400mL dH2O in a duran bottle. Autoclave for 20min (wet cycle) and only use once cooled to room temperature. Make sure to close lids tightly after autoclaving. Store in the fridge at 4°C. Always use sterile pipette tips and techniques to avoid contamination. Discard immediately if any growth occurs or if the media appears cloudy.
