Do you have any experience culturing cells (mammalian, yeast or microbial)?
Yes, LNCaP and HMEC human cancer cells
Do you have any experience in molecular biology (electrophoresis, PCR, etc)?
Yes, electrophoresis, westerns, PCR, restriction digests, ligations, transformations, transfections

Summer UROP creating a vector with a tagged version of the growth receptor Her2, to study crosstalk in prostate cancer.
"Spit on a bat before using it for the 1st time to make it lucky."
I would give a player 5 bats that have been spit on and 5 that have not. He would then rotate through the bats, not knowing which were lucky. I would then count the number of home runs hit with each bat, and see if the spit on bats had more home runs attributed to them.
