It looks like you're trying to sign up for a "group" account for your lab. The policy on OWW is to only allow individual accounts so that edits can be attributed to individuals. This helps members of the community to feel more comfortable editing common areas, etc.

Please reapply for an account with your full (publication) name, and we'll be happy to process the account quickly. If anyone else in your lab would like an account, we'll get them signed up right away as well.
